Director: Jeremy D. Ison, MAI 
Jeremy graduated from Wright State University in 2003 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Services. Jeremy began his appraisal career his senior year, interning for a prominent real estate appraisal company in Dayton, Ohio. He began training in residential appraisal, but with his extensive knowledge in finance was soon training to appraise commercial real estate. Jeremy became a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with the State of Ohio in 2007 which allows him to appraise all types of Residential and Commercial Real Estate in Ohio. Jeremy received the Prestigious MAI designation through the Appraisal Institute in the beginning of 2018 and founded Cin-Day Appraisal Group, LTD. Jeremy D. Ison, MAI has extensive knowledge and experience with all types of Commercial Real Estate.
Meet The Team
Says Jeremy, “I am that guy that always wanted to be a Real Estate Appraiser. This is what I would say when asked to stand up individually in my Appraisal Classes and describe how I got into the business. I was half the age of everybody else taking the classes and the looks and laughs I received from my fellow classmates and even some of the instructors was somewhat intimidating. But this is still true today. I did not fall into this job, this is a career for me and I love to solve commercial real estate problems”.
